Executive Coaching
Develop greater emotional intelligence, manage difficult situations, communicate with power and presence, keep stress at bay, refine your authentic leadership style to become the best version of you. A typical coaching engagement may start with a consult, 360 feedback activities and various assessments. Coaching engagements are typically targeted and specific, tracked and measured over time, and may last anywhere between 6 and 18 months depending on the nature of the assignment. Coaching sessions may be conducted via phone, videoconference, or in-person. I see individuals and teams and design engagements specific to each client's needs.

Workshops/Speaking
As well as offering several keynotes on a range of topics, I often work with smaller groups or teams in a workshop or offsite environment. The curriculum is customized, but can often include the following challenges: effectively handling feedback, managing new hires, supporting emerging leaders, helping executives with effective communication and messaging, developing greater emotional intelligence, troubleshooting company culture and underperforming teams. Workshops range from half-day (1-3 hour sessions), to full-day off-site retreats. Relational Coaching

Relational Life Therapy (RLT) is a unique mediation model refined over 30 years by bestselling author and therapist, Terry Real. RLT facilitates an atmosphere of intense truth-telling and zeros in with speed, sensitivity, and clarity on the relationship dynamics that stand in the way of change. As a trained Relational Life Therapist, I manage and facilitate those difficult conversations in a safe and controlled environment. I work with several Co-founders in this capacity, and am constantly humbled and amazed at the power of our shared vulnerability.
