FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the benefits of working with a coach?
A coach is an advocate to help you to realize your full potential. "Success" means different things for different people. For some, it may translate to doing work that you love or simply finding more joy in your life. Whether you need help achieving a specific mission, finding a new career direction, or want to break free from self-limiting beliefs, a good coach can help you to get there.
How does it work?
I work with you over the phone or in person, usually in weekly hour-long sessions. We will address the mental blocks that may be standing in your way and develop an action plan to move you forward.
Who are your clients?
I work with both individuals and companies. Some are CEOs of start-up businesses, some are managers looking to gain a competitive edge in the job market, while others are people seeking to re-define their careers in the second half of their lives.
What are your qualifications?
The field of coaching is still wide open. My own training as a coach has been with Martha Beck Ph.d., and The Human Performance Institute - from whom I have coaching accreditation. I am a certified Career Invention Coach and an HBDI facilitator for teams and individuals. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
Why me?
I have been working with individuals in one capacity or another since 1995. In counseling people as a recruiter, I often found that asking the deeper questions was the most satisfying work of all. I do what I do because I love seeing clients in their element. My goal is to be present, hold you accountable, and to bear witness to your journey.
How much does it cost?
My rates vary, depending on the work involved.
How can I reach you?
